The firm of Dugger and Cole Attorneys is one of the oldest and most respected law firms in East Tennessee. Founded in 1925 by the late George F. Dugger, Sr., the late Rondal B. Cole, members of this small family firm includes George F. Dugger, Jr., now Retired and his two children, Mark S. Dugger and Kathryn J. Dugger-Edwards. Kristi Norris Johnson joined the firm in 2009.
